Oktoberfest Bean Bag Tournament
It's all about nerves of steel and a soft and accurate
touch.
If you and a friend or family member are into friendly
competition then come join us for an afternoon of “Bags”.
2008 marks the inauguration of this newest fundraising
event. Proceeds from this contest will benefit
our recipients.
When:
Saturday, October 4th ONLY
12 .p.m. – 6 p.m.
Entry
Fee: $50 per team
(2 players per team, includes entry fee
to Oktoberfest Tent.)

Rules:
- All participants
must be at least 21 years old.
- This tournament will
observe The ACO rules for Amateur Tournament Play.

- Registration is on a first-come first-served basis.
- The
maximum number of participants is 64 two-person teams.
Players must register as a team.
- Payment due upon registration.
We will conduct registration 1 hour before the start
of the event of any late entries, provided the maximum
team limit has not been reached.
- This event is a single
elimination tournament. Each team will be randomly placed
in a bracket group upon check in. The winner of the match
will proceed to the next Tier of the tournament. A match
is a best of 3 series with games being scored using “Traditional
21” scoring. Due to time constraints, a time limit may
be placed on all matches depending upon total number
of teams.
- Skunk/Shuck Rule – A skunk or shuck rule
will be in effect and automatically ends the game when
a team scores 13 or more points before the other team
scores any points.
* A minimum of 16 Teams will be permitted.
